Round table “Development of infrastructure for food and agricultural products safety and quality”

On February 16, 2022, within the framework of the AgroSpring International Exhibition, a roundtable meeting “Development of the infrastructure of food and agricultural products safety and quality” was held, organized by the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Kyiv International Contract Fair and the NGO “Food Security of Ukraine”.

Issues discussed:

• Analysis of the situation with the implementation of the HACCP system in Ukraine;
• Safety of agri-food products: modern legislation, conscientious producer, responsible consumer;
• Creation of a single platform for the implementation of the HACCP system in Ukraine;
• Food safety issues in the restaurant business and educational institutions, and other topical issues.
