4th internal training for the SPECSPECTR group of companies

Once again, the fourth internal training for SPECSPECTR Group of Companies was rich, useful, interesting and exciting. This time we discussed the following topics:

1. Where we are, what are our financial indicators and where we are going – we discussed everything together with Anna Kholostova

2. How are our branches doing

3. New generation sprayers, Pesticide application technologies, Application of insecticide in the form of liquid (nozzles, flat cone flow, needle flow, crack & cravis, nozzles of cold and hot mist generators, nozzle flow level, spray angle and width, nozzle wear, droplet characteristics: droplet size, VMD, NMD, droplet movement, surface contact and coating, runoff; aerosol); Application of insecticide in the form of solid particles – spray; Transfer of toxic dose (insecticide and contact with the pest, transfer of toxic residue: mass of pest and microcapsules, walking and running, cleaning; air transfer, horizontal and vertical transfer, secondary transfer); Treatments and their economics: crack & krevis, aerosol, blowing, spraying, insecticidal gel; Nuances of using monitoring traps – said Valentyn Goncharenko

4. Trend analysis. Analysis, statistics, importance of the data obtained (examples of design, trend analysis (contour maps), statistical reports) – this was told by Sergiy Trofimchuk
5. About bird pests (sparrows Passer domesticus, pigeons Columbia livia), their habits and biology, methods / means of control (2.10.7. + 6. IPM) – told by Serhiy Antonenko
6. Tetiana Hrytsenko taught us how to properly prepare commercial offers and participate in tenders

8. Peculiarities of flea biology and control – shared by Vitaliy Pavelko and Oleksandr Davyhora
9. The legal aspects of doing pest control business in Ukraine were enlightened by lawyer Andriy Chornovil.

The training presented a lot of useful information, we learned a lot and learned a lot, played interesting team building games and got to know each other better.

After the intense training program, a pleasant and very useful surprise awaited everyone – books on pest control! And at the end of the official part – barbecue, poker, billiards and pleasant friendly communication)
